Hyatt Place Herndon Dulles Airport - East

I loved the pool and gym facilities. The shuttle service to the Metro made getting around easy! The bed was super comfortable-perfect for a quick getaway.

All in all - had a nice 2 night stay. Booked wheelchair accessible room with a big couch and comfortable beds plus toiletries, which I really appreciated. I was offered a free breakfast for hard waffles. Central location not far from the beach as well as the center, enjoyed it.

Fresh breakfast with cheeses and cereal options, for instance, it had so much choice. Convenient central location close enough to Dulles airport, the metro to DC, and the Udvar Hazy centre: D

Spotlessly clean hotel, attentive employees in each shift. Brand-new and tastefully decorated room, with nice touches and nice decor. Plentiful breakfast for hard waffles and favourable and decent location.

I loved staff and rooms. I had a really nice experience.

I loved the immaculate cleanliness and the hot skillet breakfast was a delightful start to our day. The gym was also a great bonus during our stay!

The courtesy coach from the airport was reliable,the reception area was bright and clean,reception staff were pleasant and the room was very comfortable and clean.

The location was perfect, with a quick and safe 5-minute walk from the subway. The room felt spacious and thoughtfully equipped. Morning options for breakfast were ample, though I could only grab a quick bite before leaving early. For tea lovers, a kettle in the room would elevate the experience since the coffee maker isn't ideal for that purpose.

Nice and large rooms - well equiped

Once we found the hotel the staff was very helpful in getting us our room due to the rain and our late arrival. The room was large and very comfortable for a family of 4 traveling.

Would have liked a little more for the breakfast. Need better road maps to find the hotel.

Our king room was really spacious and fit all 5 of us comfortably. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially when we needed extra towels. The pool was a fantastic feature, especially in the cold weather, it was 85 degrees and so relaxing! The breakfast was delicious. We loved the variety, especially the pancakes and fruit bar. Plus, the location is convenient, just a short drive to 7-eleven.

Hotel lost my booking from Booked.net and took 30 minutes to check in. Staff were friendly however.

Very friendly staff, excellent rooms, good breakfast. Great place to stay for Dulles airport.
