My stay at Hyatt Place Herndon Dulles Airport - East was delightful. The warm welcome and helpful staff made me feel at ease. The clean, comfortable room and convenient location near Dulles airport were highlights. The indoor swimming pool and nearby landmarks like the Hindu Temple of Virginia and Frying Pan Farm Park added to our relaxation and family bonding experience. I would happily return for another visit.

The Hyatt Place Herndon Dulles Airport-East exceeded my expectations with its spacious rooms and a delightful indoor pool. The free parking and continental breakfast were a great perk, especially with little ones. The close proximity to Dulles Airport made our travels convenient and stress-free.

The hourly shuttle to the airport made the early morning rush a bit challenging with three kids. the stained heater/AC unit was a minor inconvenience, but the staff's response was prompt and helpful, offering another room or cleaning supplies.

The Hyatt Place Herndon Dulles Airport-East had a great location near the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center, but the real highlight was the unique view from my room. While some may cringe, I found the overlook of the garbage dumpsters with 50+ mattresses oddly fascinating, adding a touch of local character. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home.

The breakfast selection was limited, with no vegetables and not suitable for those with gluten allergies.

The breakfasts were free and warm. Truly enjoyed television, a small fridge, and coffee/tea making machines in the room. Our accommodation was set in a central location really close to an amorphous suburb and the center.

Good, magnificent location close to the airport with free shuttles. Based really close to the new metro station, and the local shopping center. Comfy bed, newly renovated bathroom and a couch and a sofa bed in the room. Breakfast for hard waffles.

Characterful base for discovering Herndon with best and attentive staff on night shift and day shift. The quiet location for the price, close enough to a large shopping center with restaurants, Irish bar, grocery store, Space Museum at Dulles Airport and car rental.

Exceptionally clean and big size venue with great views. Convenient and unbeatable location - adjacent to Washington, DC, Dulles airport and the Innovation Metro station and airport station. Best employees on night shift and day shift, well-equipped and well-kept room. Freshly cooked breakfast with a huge variety of food options.

my recent stay at Hyatt Place was fantastic. The large double room was quiet and comfortable, with a spacious seating area and quasi-separate sleeping space. The free breakfast, while basic, was a welcome feature and the option to eat inside or out was a nice touch. The hotel's proximity to the airport and the Innovation Center Metro station, just a five-minute walk away, made my stay incredibly convenient. The staff was great, and the bed was really comfy, providing a really lovely experience overall.

The indoor pool and fitness center were great for unwinding before my next flight.

The shuttle service from the airport did not align with the advertised schedule, causing a delay in my arrival at the hotel. I faced an inconvenience as we missed the shuttle and had to wait an hour for the next one, leading to additional expenses for a taxi.

Well-kept accommodation with beautiful setting close enough to the Air museum, and Reston town center. Comfy room, clean bathroom. Very clean bed, VERY GOOD service.

All in all - had a nice 2 night stay. Booked wheelchair accessible room with a big couch and comfortable beds plus toiletries, which I really appreciated. I was offered a free breakfast for hard waffles. Central location not far from the beach as well as the center, enjoyed it.
